The UNY team was named Bimasena OJT, consisting of 3 members, Lilin Eria Armi, Ibnu Pandu Adjie Nugroho, and Crelfhin Nugraha Putra Samudra with Supervisor Maris Setyo Nugroho, M.Eng. Our team's preparations began in January by making proposals which would later be selected as many as the 8 best teams in Indonesia. On March 18th, the announcement of the finalists came, and one of the finalists was from UNY with the name Bimasena OJT team.

BIMASENA TEAM WON THE FASTEST CATEGORY IN THE XIV INDONESIA BRIDGE COMPETITION 2018

The Bimasena Team from the Engineering Technology UKM Division (DRB) won the Fastest Category in the 2018 XIV Indonesia Bridge Competition, Makassar (November 29 – December 2018). In this competition the Bimasena Team consisted of Ermalia Nur Hidayah (2015), Iwan (2015) and Lilin Eria Armi (2017) from the Department of Civil Engineering and Planning Education.

THE MIGHTY BIMASENA TEAM ACHIEVED THE FASTEST ASSEMBLY, IMPLEMENTATION AND 3rd CHAMPION IN THE INTERNATIONAL BRIDGE DESIGN COMPETITION CEIC UNDIP 2018

The Mighty Bimasena Team from UKM Rekayasa Teknologi, Rancang Bangun Division won the Fastest Assembly Category, Implementation Category, and 3rd Place in the 2018 CEIC International Bridge Design Competition, Semarang (7–9 November 2018). In this competition the Mighty Bimasena Team consisted of Arfan Hibatullah (2017), Bagas Ahid A. (2017) and Hafid Ardiatma (2017) from the Department of Civil Engineering and Planning Education.

UKM Rekayasa Teknologi, Rancang Bangun Division won the "most favorite design" category in the 2018 National Bridge Design Competition, Yogyakarta (26—28 October 2018). In this competition the Bimasena Team consisted of Alfian Fahri Akbar (2016), Fendy Ramadhan (2016), and Rismi Syamsiki Atmawuri (2017)

TEAM KRESNA DRB WINS 3rd CHAMPION AND BEST POSTER IN THE 2018 NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC VAGANZA TEAM

The UKM Rekayasa Teknologi, Rancang Bangun Division team won 3rd place in the National Scientific Vaganza Writing Contest (October 25-28 2018) at Semarang State University. In this competition the UNY DRB Team, which consisted of students from the Department of Civil Engineering and Planning Education, namely Yeyen Yuristiary, Komang Ari Switara and Ibnu Pandu Ajie Nugroho with Supervisor Galeh Nur Indriatno P.P., M.Pd.

The Bimasena 1617 Team from the Rancang Bangun Division (DRB) of the UKM Rekayasa Teknologi, won the Fastest Assembly Category, Most Complete K3, and 3rd Place in the ITS Dynamic Load Bridge Design Competition on 26–29 September 2018 in Surabaya. In this competition the Bimasena 1617 Team consisted of Wahyu Bagas P. (2017), Aris Wisnu (2017) and Mahsya P (2015) from the Department of Civil Engineering and Planning Education.

BIMASENA TEAM, SAWO KECIK BRIDGE, Civil Engineering and Planning Department students, FT UNY won the fastest bridge assembly category, at the XII KJI and VIII KGBI national prestigious bridge competitions with the theme "Sturdy, light, aesthetic, environmentally sound bridges, and local wisdom”, which was held from Thursday to. Sunday, 02-04 December 2016 By the Direktur Jenderal Pembelajaran Mahasiswa (BELMAWA KEMRISTEK DIKTI).

THE BEST PAPER AND THE FIRST CONSOLATION PRIZE WINNER ARE ACHIEVED BY THE TEAM FROM CIVIL ENGINEERING AND PLANNING STUDY PROGRAM

The Bimasena Team and the Gatotkaca Team from the Civil Engineering and Planning Education Study Program won First Place and Best Paper in the National Long Span Bridge Competition Civil EXPO ITS at Grand City Mall, Surabaya (5-6/05/2012). The Bimasena team consisted of I Wayan Eka Widiasuta and Kimin Triyono while the Gatotokaca team consisted of Debby Wahyu Jatmiko and Wisnu Rachmad under the guidance of a lecturer at UNY Faculty of Engineering, Faqih Ma'arif, M.Eng in making a 1:100 scale model of the bridge.

Civil Engineering Students Won Second Prize In Water Installation Design Competition

Akhmad Rivai Ardiantoro, Elgusti Haydanu and Ptiyo Purnomo are Civil Engineering students in Faculty of Engineering Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. They won the second prize in Civil Engineering Day that was held by Universitas Atmajaya Yogyakarta on Wednesday (9/05). The team under the guidance of an FT lecturer, Darmono M.T is entitled to receive a trophy, certificate and coaching money. Rivai, one of the team members, explained that in this competition his team made a product design to turns sea water into fresh water.
