Stadium General is an annual public lecture held by the Student Association of Civil Engineering and Planning, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. In general, the material presented in this public lecture is material in the field of civil engineering which is suited with the current condition with the theme of "Strategies and Student Motivation during the Covid-19 Pandemic".

The impact given by the pandemic caused by the corona virus does not only affect the health sector, but also other fields such as politics, economics, and of course education. As we know, the instruction from the government to stay at home certainly affects the teaching and learning system. To obey this command, an online lecture system must be promoted. The policy to study from home in the new normal era is certainly a big change in the world of education. Many students find it difficult to follow this learning models. For this reason, through "Strategies and Student Motivation in the Covid-19 Pandemic," we hope that participants can find the right learning strategy during this pandemic and are motivated to continue learning even with limited circumstances.

This Stadium General 2020 was held online through the ZOOM Meeting platform and also Live Youtube Streaming. This event was held on Sunday, 8 November 2020  and attended by all students ofrom the academic year of 2017 to 2020, and students from other universities t.

The 2020 General Stadium event was started by the remarks from the Chairman, Ilma Kreka Zeolita and Hamid Imam Shalihin, the Head of Students Association. It wa followed by the last remarks  by the Head of the Department of Civil Engineering and Planning Education Dr. Ir. Slamet Widodo, M.T that officially opened the event afterwards.

The main speaker of this agenda is Prof. Slamet, P.H., M.A., M.Ed., M.A., MLHR., Ph.D. who give many beneficial insight among students to enhance their learning skills to face this Pandemic.
