SKA is an acronym for Sertifikat Keterangan Ahli (Expert Information Certificate) issued by LPJK and recognized by the Ministry of PUPR. SKA is a certificate that can show the professional ability of an expert in the field of construction services. This is a form of PUPR's commitment to recognizing a person's competence at the existing IQF level. IAS in 2018-2019 has collaborated with BPTK PUPR, the Center for Construction Services Region IV Surabaya and LPJK DIY regarding assistance, provision and implementation of SKA certification for PTSP FT UNY Alumni.

The output of this program can be explained that all alumni of PTSP FT UNY are given the opportunity to take part in a series of SKA certification activities in order to obtain an SKA certificate in accordance with their competencies. Until now, no less than 60 alumni have SKA certificates issued by LPJK and recognized by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing with subsidized fees. The Chairperson of IAS (Galeh NIPP) for the 2017-2019 period is determined that the SKA certification program will continue to be held every year so that alumni of PTSP FT UNY can excel and be competent when working in the business world and industrial world in accordance with their competencies.
