Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta’s Faculty of Engineering has just entered into a collaboration with the Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi (LPJK) or the Construction Services Development Institute. The collaboration is training and Sertifikasi Ketrampilan (SKT) Level I draftsman for students.

Pada tanggal 30 Oktober 2016, Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta mengadakan Lomba Rancang Bangun Jembatan (LRBJ) yang diikuti para siswa-siswi SMK dan SMA se-Jawa Bali. Perlombaan tersebut dilaksanakan di Gedung KPLT Lantai 3 Fakultas Teknik UNY.

On October 30 2016, the Department of Civil Engineering and Planning Education, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta held a Lomba Rancang Bangun Jembatan (Bridge Design Contest) which was attended by SMK and SMA students from Java and Bali. The competition was held at the KPLT Building, 3rd Floor, Faculty of Engineering, UNY.

Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Sipil FT UNY Mengadakan Kuliah Umum pada 11 April 2015 di Gedung KPLT FT UNY. Kuliah Umum tersebut bertemakan “Implementasi Manajemen Kontruksi untuk Meningkatkan Efektifitas dan Efisiensi Proyek” yang menghadirkan pembicara Dosen Manajemen Kontruksi UGM, Toriq Arif Ghusdewan S.T., MSCE beserta kontraktor-kontraktor muda dari PT. Prima Andalan Group.

FT UNY Civil Engineering Student Association Held a Public Lecture on April 11 2015 at the KPLT FT UNY Building. The Public Lecture themed "Implementation of Construction Management to Increase Project Effectiveness and Efficiency" which presented speakers from UGM Construction Management Lecturer, Toriq Arif Ghusdewan S.T., MSCE along with young contractors from PT. Prima Andalan Group.

Accompanied by Deputy Deans I, II, III FT UNY, He visited several classes in the departments, one of which was in Civil Engineering and Planning Education. In the class that was taught by lecturer Mohamad Jamin, M.T..

Mahasiswa Teknik Sipil Faklutas Teknik Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta meraih juara II dalam ajang Civil Engineering Day yang diselenggarakan Universitas Atmajaya Jogjakarta, Rabu (9/05). Tim yang beranggotakan Akhmad Rivai Ardiantoro, Elgusti Haydanu, dan Priyo Purnomo di bawah bimbingan Darmono M.T., ini berhak mendapatkan tropi, sertifikat, dan uang pembinaan.
