Sertifikasi Tenaga Terampil (SKT) in 2020 was carried out from 29 September to 2 October. This activity cannot be separated from the collaboration that has been established between IAS, PTSP, the Balai Besar Jasa Konstruksi Wilayah IV Surabaya and LPJK DIY. The presence of this certification is a form of concern from IAS to contribute to the advancement of the Department of Civil Engineering and Planning Education, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. IAS since 2017 has held SKT certification in various areas of expertise. In implementing the 2020 SKT, three areas of expertise have been implemented including: 1) Draftsman, 2) Building Implementer, and 3) Building Superintendent. This activity was attended by resource persons who are experts in their fields, while the speakers in this activity included: Mr. Yudha Kurniawan, S.T.; Mr. Eddy Irwanro, S.T., M.Tech.; Mr. Fitri Hadiprabowo, S.T.; Mr. Agus Kurniawan S.T. M.T., Ph. D.,; Mr. Ir. Fathi Basewed, M.T.; Mrs. Rizki Citra Islami, S.T., M.T., Ph.D.; Mr. Teguh Sudibyo, S.T., M.T., Ph.D; and Mr. Lava Himawan, S.T., M.T.

The Chairperson of IAS (Mr. Galeh NIPP) expressed gratitude Alhamdulillah for holding the SKT assistance and test this year, this activity is a form of IAS's commitment to aiding students and alumni of the Department of Civil Engineering and Planning Education, FT, UNY so that they can always compete in world of work, and hopefully this activity can be followed up with the SKA test and other certifications.
